Four Steps to Achieve Wellness

B. Todd Bailey works with individuals to enhance their talents and increase their confidence. As a personal mentor, B. Todd Bailey advocates the wellness of his clients. Personal wellness can also be achieved through the following steps:

1. Detoxification - Clearing the body of all toxins from processed foods and other products is the first step toward wellness. Adopting a healthy lifestyle by making better choices can help the mind and body function optimally.

2. Mindfulness - There are several ways to increase self-awareness. One is by listing desired outcomes or identifying motivations. A state of mindfulness gives people the push they need to achieve wellness goals.

3. Social connections - Humans are naturally social beings. Strong relationships with family, friends, and peers give individuals the emotional support needed to cope with stress or other issues.

4. Education - Knowledge enables people to make informed decisions. Education is critical to improving a person’s social, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Todd also coaches home-based entrepreneurs with their Zennoa business (Zennoa.com). Zennoa is an emerging health and wellness company. "Zen" means balance. "Noa" is polynesian word meaning freedom. Todd teaches how to fire your boss and establish a business that affords freedom and balance not found in corporate America.

How Minimalism Can Be Applied to One's Lifestyle

B. Todd Bailey is a manager at Fortress Risk Management LLC, based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. B. Todd Bailey recently became a representative for Ariix, a health and nutrition wellness company.

In its latest company blog update, Ariix discusses minimalism, a philosophy that upholds the belief that less is more. The philosophy has recently gained ground, especially in social media. However, minimalism is more than just a trending topic on Twitter. Throughout the course of history, many people have embraced this form of lifestyle, including great men such as Leonardo da Vinci and Joseph Brotherton.

There are many ways that minimalism can be applied to one's life, such as in the simplification of one's choice of activities, for example. Under the influence of positive feedback from social media sites, people today overload themselves with activities; they often spend all of their free time and money going on numerous adventures and trips just to show to the world via social media that they are always busy with something.

In this case, minimalism involves cutting down on any gratuitous activities so that free time can be enjoyed doing essential household work or simply engaging in introspection and meditation.

Trout Unlimited Hosts 2016 Annual Meeting in Montana

Involved in numerous facets near Cheyenne, Wyoming, B. Todd Bailey is founder of Bailey Mentoring, where he works as a mentor and business coach. He recently became a representative for Ariix, which markets health and nutrition products. When not working, B. Todd Bailey enjoys the outdoors and supports several wildlife-based organizations, including Trout Unlimited.

Established more than 50 years ago, Trout Unlimited began when 16 fishermen became upset about Michigan’s practice of stocking its waters with hatchery fish that were smaller in size. They believed that the streams in Michigan could produce bigger fish if allowed, so they formed the organization to ensure that wild and native trout populations could thrive. Since then, it has restored numerous streams, helped to remove dams, and lobbied Congress to strengthen the Clean Water Act.

Each year, Trout Unlimited hosts a meeting where members, staff, and volunteers convene to share ideas and network with others. Scheduled for September 28 through October 1 in Bozeman, Montana, the 2016 annual meeting features presentations, an awards banquet, and a conservation tour about stream protection and restoration. In addition, since the area is recognized by many anglers as a key area for trout fly-fishing, members can partake in hosted fishing trips in the Gallatin River, Madison River, DePuy’s Spring Creek, Yellowstone River, and Willow Creek.

Strong Showing for Seahawks in NFL Jersey Sales

A risk management consultant based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Colorado Springs, B. Todd Bailey also serves as a representative of Ariix, a marketer of products designed to improve health and nutrition. Outside of his professional pursuits, B. Todd Bailey enjoys following Seattle Seahawks football.

Seahawks fans have developed a reputation as among the loudest, most raucous in the NFL, even earning the nickname “the 12s.” One might think enthusiasm for the team would waver outside of the Pacific Northwest, but recently released figures reveal that the Seahawks had more players on the NFL Player’s Association merchandise sales list than any other team in the league.

Seattle players accounted for six spots in the top 50, with quarterback Russell Wilson ranking highest at No. 3. Richard Sherman, Marshawn Lynch, Jimmy Graham, Kam Chancellor, and Earl Thomas also made the cut. The Green Bay Packers were the next closest team, with four players making the top 50, and New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady finished No. 1 overall.

What to Expect on Your First Cruise

B. Todd Bailey is the manager of Fortress Risk Management, LLC, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, a position he has held since 2010. He is also building a successful Ariix internet/network marketing business. In his free time, B. Todd Bailey enjoys going on cruises with his wife, especially to the Caribbean. Most recently, Bailey, his wife, his parents and various siblings and in-laws cruised from Port Canaveral to the Bahamas, St. Thomas, and St. Maarten--some of Bailey's favorite cruise destinations.

Cruises are a popular way to travel but may seem overwhelming to those who have never been on one before. USA Today has compiled some helpful tips for first-time cruisers:

Arrival: Upon arrival, passengers will be asked to pose for an embarkation photo, which is available for purchase later, if desired. Then passengers will be checked in and shown to their cabins.

Muster Drill: After everyone is settled, the ship will have a muster drill, which goes through the evacuation process. Everyone will be required to take a life jacket and follow the instructions on the back of their doors as to where to go in an emergency. At the meeting point, passengers will check in with a crew member, then be dismissed.

Entertainment: The amount and type of entertainment depends on the cruise, but most ships have at least one live show every night. Common entertainment includes dancing, singing, stand-up comedy, and magic shows.

Ship Activities: In addition to the entertainment, most ships offer a number of activities, including spas and fitness centers, casinos, and hangout areas for kids.

Clothes: Many cruises offer formal dining, which is a great time to wear tuxedos or formal gowns, but it is okay to wear less-dressy clothes, like a suit and a tie for a man and a dress for a woman. Otherwise, most of the time, cruise passengers tend to wear shorts, t-shirts, bathing suits, and comfortable beach clothes.

Packing: To avoid over-packing, consider wearing everything at least twice, and make sure to pack a sweater or jacket, even if the cruise is in the tropics. In addition, ships provide towels for both showers and beach excursions.

B. Todd Bailey is also a Disney fan. He and his family have made numerous trips to Disneyland and Disney World. His next Disney adventure will be a Disney Cruise.
